Loans
The Estate lends work for temporary exhibitions and retrospectives. Each request is considered one by one, with the project in front of us.
What to tell us
- The project: the exhibition title, the curatorship, the argument and which works you want.
- The venue and the dates: where it will be shown and for how long, and whether it travels.
- The conditions of the room: security, climate and light. The venue’s facility report, if you have one.
- Who organises and who bears the costs of the loan.
How it is considered
We confirm receipt and study the request with the condition and location of each requested work in front of us. If a work cannot travel, we tell you, and we look at whether another can do the same job in the argument.
The terms of the loan — insurance, transport, courier, credits and reproductions in the catalogue — are agreed case by case and put in writing before the work leaves.
